IBSA Games IV edition: the team game that tells who we are

Sport has an extraordinary power: the one of creating connections and building authentic relationships, nurturing mutual trust and translating into action the values that guide our work every day, such as collaboration, respect and team spirit. It is from this conviction that, four years ago, the IBSA Games project was born: a corporate tournament that has made sport the beating heart of our culture.

The fourth edition, held from May 29 to July 17 at La Pergola Sports Club, had a great participation involving 170 employees, who enthusiastically competed in five disciplines: Beach Volley, Table Tennis, Table Football, Bocce and Yoga.

However, the IBSA Games go far beyond mere competition. They are a valuable opportunity to take care of one's well-being, regain energy and fight the risks of a sedentary lifestyle through movement. They are also an opportunity to rediscover the beauty of sharing and the joy of teamwork, values that for IBSA Italy cross all boundaries between work and personal life.

As in any honorable competitions, there had to be winners: each discipline honored its champions, celebrating the talent, dedication, and determination of those who truly stood out.
For the second year in a row, the Best Social Employee award was also handed over, designed to highlight spontaneous and creative sharing of experience on personal social channels. From photos, videos and stories posted tagging @ibsaitaly, the most original and engaging content was chosen during the final.

The IBSA Games continue to stand out as a key initiative within the company’s well-being activities, generating a real impact on the working atmosphere and colleague relationships. They actively contribute to fostering a healthy, inclusive, and engaging work environment. An annual event that renews the spirit of teamwork and the value of working together toward shared goals.
